Welcome to Dramexa ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dramexa mobile application and website.

By creating an account, downloading, or using Dramexa, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations

These Terms apply to all users, including free users, paid subscribers, and visitors to our website.

To access certain features of Dramexa, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission. We reserve the right to refuse registration, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

Free Access: Dramexa offers free episodes of each series. You can watch a limited number of episodes per series without a subscription.

Paid Plans: To unlock full access to all episodes, you must purchase coins or subscribe to a paid plan. Subscription details, pricing, and features are displayed within the app.

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• All transactions are final unless eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy

Coin System: Dramexa uses a virtual coin system to unlock premium episodes. Coins are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be refunded once used.

All content available on Dramexa — including but not limited to drama series, episodes, thumbnails, descriptions, logos, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to Dramexa and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Stream content for personal, non-commercial use only
• Download episodes for offline viewing within the app (where available)

You may NOT:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content outside the app
• Record, screenshot, or capture any video content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Share your account credentials to provide unauthorized access to others
• Use any automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access content

When using Dramexa, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app, servers, or databases
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Using the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Posting inappropriate, offensive, or harmful user-generated content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Dramexa staff
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

Dramexa strives to maintain continuous availability of its service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• Content availability may vary by region due to licensing restrictions
• We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content at any time
• Series or episodes may be temporarily or permanently removed without prior notice
• We may perform maintenance that results in temporary service interruptions
• Streaming quality depends on your internet connection speed

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from content removal or service interruptions.

Dramexa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dramexa shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the service
• Any errors or omissions in content or any loss resulting from use of content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dramexa in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either you or Dramexa may terminate your account at any time.

You may terminate by:

• Deleting your account through the app settings
• Contacting our support team to request account deletion

Dramexa may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Required by law or legal process
• We decide to discontinue the service

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any coins or unused subscription credits are non-refundable upon termination due to a Terms violation.

We want you to be satisfied with Dramexa. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Subscription Refunds: We offer a refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not accessed any premium content
• Coin Purchases: Coins that have not been used to unlock content may be eligible for refund within 24 hours of purchase
• Used Content: No refunds are provided once coins have been used to unlock episodes
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing access to content you paid for, contact support for assistance
• Fraudulent Charges: Unauthorized transactions should be reported to us and your payment provider immediately

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Dramexa, we encourage you to first contact our support team to resolve the matter informally.

• Contact us at support@dramexa.com with a detailed description of the issue
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days
• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes that proceed to court shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Dramexa.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Notify you through the app, email, or a notice on our website
• For significant changes, provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect

Your continued use of Dramexa after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service and delete your account.
